Cancellation Policy

At The Beauty Shed UK, your appointment is important to us. We understand that sometimes life gets in the way - but as a small business, last minute cancellations and no-shows can be really disruptive to us. Please take a moment to read our policy: Cancellations & Rescheduling - We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment - Changes made with less than 24 hours notice may result in loosing your deposit No Shows - If you miss your appointment without any notice, a 100% no show fee will apply - Clients who no-show may be asked to pay in full for future appointments Deposits - A 35% deposit is required to book appointments - Deposits are non refundable - With 24 hour notice your deposit can be carried forward to your rescheduled appointment. We're here to help! We totally understand emergencies happen. If something unexpected happens please reach out as soon as possible. We're always happy to work with you where we can.
