TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking with The Beauty Shed UK, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
 

1. Appointments & Bookings

 

  • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

  • Bookings can be made online, via social media, or directly with us.

  • Please arrive on time. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to cancel or shorten your treatment, and your deposit will be lost.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

  • We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in loss of your deposit.

  • Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

3. Patch Tests

​

  • Patch tests are required at least 48 hours before certain treatments (e.g. lash extensions, tints).

  • Without a valid patch test, the treatment cannot be carried out and your deposit will be forfeited.

  • It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical changes before your appointment.

4. Refunds & Corrections

 

  • No refunds are given for completed treatments.

  • If you are unhappy with your results, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and offer a correction if appropriate.

  • Refunds are only considered for products that are faulty and returned within 7 days (unopened and unused).

5. Children & Guests

​

  • To ensure a safe and relaxing environment, no children or additional guests are allowed in the treatment room unless previously agreed.

6. Behaviour Policy

​

  • We have a zero-tolerance policy for rudeness, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour.

  • Any client behaving inappropriately will be refused treatment and may be banned from future bookings.

7. Aftercare

​

  • Aftercare advice is provided for every treatment and must be followed to maintain results and ensure your safety.

  • We cannot be held responsible for issues resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

8. Privacy

​

  • All personal data is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy] and current UK GDPR laws.

  • You have the right to request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time.
